The I.R.S. is not a legal entity according to the Constitution it should be audited and ended , the IRS comes to be seen for what it is - a private collection agency for offshore banks - collecting "taxes" that don't go to any infrastructure whatsoever in the U.S., then, yes, people will need the fear of "snitches," as well as the fear of prison, to be inspired to pay their extortion fees ("taxes"). So, you should turn in the big guys if you want a reward. But if you turn in the big guys, you will be publicly exposed: have your credibility questioned; need to hire a lawyer; be required to testify at a trial, and probably lose your job. So what is the REAL message here? While they say it is to collect a reward, what they are really implying is that you better leave the big guys alone unless you want to suffer.
