Jim Rogers : The rating agencies ? who would pay any attention to them ? for 15 years they have been dead wrong , I stopped paying any attention to the rating agencies probably 25 years ago , you know what they are , they are kids who come out of the university they're MBAs may be , they sit there they do this and that and they come up with these absurd judgments , why would anybody pay any attention to them especially looking at their history , totally wrong about nearly everything they've done fot 25 years , but the idea that it's a conspiracy within the American government no no they're not smart enough
